上海国际石油石化技术装备展览会（简称cippe），是国际石油石化行业例会，国际展览联盟UFI 认证的全球*高级别展会，每年春季在北京，秋季在上海举办。

展会期间，组委会将协助参展企业在展馆会议室举办技术交流讲座，内容由企业自定，费用8000元/场，每场时长60分钟，人数60-80人，企业自行邀请参会群体，组委会协助组织。请于2018年5月15日前将讲座题目、内容和主讲人姓名提交组委会。技术交流场次有限，报满为止。

1、展位费用及安排：本次展会提供标准展位和空场地两种形式，参展商可根据需要进行选择。

Technical Seminar

The organizer is honored to assist exhibitors in holding technical seminars for information purposes. The topic and content of each technical seminar is up to the discretion of the exhibitor. The company may invite your target customers to participate with no more than 80 attendees. Each seminar lasts one hour with fee of CNY 8,000. The fee covers the space of the seminar and relevant facility. Please send your topic, content introduction and name of presenter to the organizer before the deadline by July 22nd, 2018

1. Booth Cost: This exhibition will provide International exhibitors with two options:

■ Standard Booth:

Price: Standard 9 sqm CNY 0,000; Regular size : m× m.

This option includes back inside walls, carpet, booth fascia board, one consulting desk, two chairs, two fire lights and one power point (220V, 5A).

■ Raw space:

Price: CNY ,200 per sqm (Minimum rent space: 6 sqm). There are no exhibition frames and facilities on the raw space. The exhibitors must select the delegate official contractor to customize their stand design. Carpet is not included.

2. Additional Exhibitor Service (not required):

Price: CNY 1,200/person (Includes lunches, beverages, gala banquet, gifts, etc.

. Exhibition Catalogue: a guide to help you find your target customer after the exhibition! The exhibition catalogue will be distributed to relevant businesses besides visitors from around the world during the exhibition period.
